Inventory reflected both elements in stock when I ordered but this unit was shipped from manufacturer. and upper element was shipped from SupplyHouse.

AO SMITH HEATING ELEMENT
Very happy with the item, the element is large compared to the box store for a couple of dollars more. Worth the wait if you can, stick to the OEM

Q: I installed sandhog elements in our home water heater years ago, and paid more for them, because they came with a lifetime warranty. Now, I'm having trouble finding replacements for them. I bought them at a local Ace hardware affiliate, but they either don't have them, or they have something that doesn't look like it's from the same reputable company now. Is the lifetime replacement deal still good? Are buyers of the elements that were sold the originals still able to replace them at no cost?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffButch, We only have one Sandhog Element on our site, so it's not a product that is dealt with commonly. In terms of the lifetime replacement for it, and inquiries, it's best if you contact AO Smith directly.
