Good Inventory!
So grateful for this company, the availability of products that they carry and, the clear concise customer service. Thankfully, my repairman told me that I did not need a whole new water heater that I just needed a new burner pilot. Because my hot water heater was over 20 years old there was a new model and part number associated with the water heater. Supply house customer service was great at helping me transpose the make and model number for my existing water heater to find a new burner assembly part that they carried IN-STOCK. I order it, in came in 2 days and it fit my hot water heater perfectly. I would recommend this company, its products and service to all !

Arrived promptly-was the exact item I needed.
On my AO Smith water heater I had a bad thermocouple - the pilot light would not light. So with a model # search on a parts site, I bought a thermocouple that was suppose to be for my w/heater. But turns out, AO Smith does not go by model # to find the right part ( as of this post) . Go to AO Smith parts website and enter in the serial # . I got parts lists from other websites that showed just a thermocouple, but it turns out you need the whole burner unit-the thermocouple cannot be seperated out. SupplyHouse had the best price and free and fast shipping. Satisfied customer.
