Excellent Accuracy, Service, & Shipping
I had my doubts about being able to find the right pilot assembly for my outdated water heater. But Supply House pointed me to the right one based on my unit's serial #. Then a couple minutes after I placed the order I realized I should have purchased an igniter also; I called and they added the igniter to my order and got it in the package which shipped out that same day. I paid for next day shipping and within about 30 hours from discovering supplyhouse.com, I had received the parts and repaired the water heater.

The right part and super fast delivery!
Whem my hot water heater stopped working the local heating air co. Didn't have the part in stock,They told me it would be a week. So I checked online and found supply house it said the part would be there in a day! I couldn't believe it. It arrived on time and a perfect match installed it my self in 30 min thanks to the detailed instructions that came in with.
