Good value ... helpful when you need
The parts is working well. It's pretty cheap so I recommend keeping a spare so when your machine is down, you have part to replace right away.
Shipping from supply house is pretty quick, that's helpful.

Couldn't find elsewhere
Supply House had the part when others couldn't cross reference the obsoleted Whirlpool part number. Maybe I could have bought universal at box store but I wanted OEM or comparable. I installed the upper and lower elements and we have hot water back to normal. All it took was one call. Thank you Supply House.

Exactly what I needed for State Proline Water Heater
I matched up the part number from the State warranty look up form https://eportal.hotwater.com/Warranty/Verify#web-app which shows all product numbers in your water heater. I replaced both elements that were different at the same time. This arrived within 2 days with standard shipping! I could not be more happy with the product and quick turn around. Already installed and enjoying hot water. This site will now be my first stop for parts.
