This is a well made access door and easy to install.
I needed access to repair missing duct from contractor installation. This provided easy access to this through the return duct as there was no easy way to do this. Not typical installation as there was no access on either side of duct.

I needed access to my cold air return ducts, to clear the dust and debris after 30 years of HVAC. The ducts were perfect to get internal access I did not have before.
