Three years in and zero problems
I installed this to change my existing hydronic heat system from open loop to closed and installed it three years ago. It does a good job as a heat exchanger and has caused me zero issue. I give it a cleaning each time I clean my tankless heater and am happy with this unit.

Easy to set up and use for hydronic heat
This unit was overkill for my needs but the price, layout, etc were all right so I got it. I had an open loop system home built hydronic heating setup that I put together a decade ago that has since been expanded significantly when we added a full basement to our home and I wanted to get the extra load of pumping through my tankless water heater off my main circulation pump. Adding a heat exchanger was the necessary step. Adding THIS heat exchanger was the right step. Easy to connect and use, does an excellent job of transferring heat across the plates to my hydronic loop.

Excellent delivery when it's not clogged.
If you install one of these heat exchangers, make sure to pipe a drain upstream on the domestic inlet side so you can blow back to flush all the debris that gets stuck inside the fine channels which leads to reduced/restricted/stopped flow before it gets baked in place by your boiler water.
