great product, works great
i'm not a plumber, so my opinion may not count,i have replaced the water heater assembly for the 4th time in two years.. the problem that i found on the other units is that the pilot flame goes off, the reason, i think is that the gas line for the pilot light gets clogged , i blow through the line and nothing comes out,, the new unit is working just fine. thanks

Great product, easy ordering, fair prices.
There's not a whole lot of places that sell water heater parts online and supply house was a big time and money saver on this. The thermocouple replacement works great; it turned off after heating the first time but i'll chalk it up to air still being in the system and maybe DIY error. Works great after igniting again and saved me from having to call a repairman. They also have an easy ordering and shipping process.
