Great Company, Great Service!
Product was exactly as described. My house was built in 1996 and due to restrictions from the original manufacturer, they could not sell me the product directly. I ordered this and it was delivered very quickly, simple setup and very securely packaged.

My original SmartControl died after 7 years. Pex offered the best price, and their delivery was next-day.It works fine for now. But I wouldn't want to have to change one of these things every 5-7 years @[$] a pop!

what a great company to work with
I had a problem with water heater to hot, I tried to program it but with my old age I did it wrong. I found the original book that explained how to set temp. I ended up returning the control and was amazed at a company that helps customers return a product for whatever reason, they made it so easy I will use this company again for any future needs!!

Fixed my water maker
This fixed my boiler problem for clicking zone relays. The water make thermostat was cycling on and off (intermittant). This mounting panel was black where my watermaker is blue but all fit fine. Easy to install.

Great replacement part for my 12 yr old BoilerMate
The smart control on my boiler mate WHS80DW stopped working. According to several reviews, it seems like I got a good life out of a sub-par control. This replacement wired right up, but I had to make some modifications to the original face plate to make the control fit into the original opening. The replacement came with a new face plate that I did not use.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffER3 indicates that the unit has taken over 60 minutes to reach the temperature set point or it cannot reach the set point. The error codes clear automatically when corrected or can be reset by interrupting power to the control for 5 seconds. To silence an alarm, depress the▼on the keypad.
