replaced the motor with this new one - looks like a quality piece - a month later no issues

Fan motor went out on our Aprilaire 700 and this OE replacement fit perfectly without issue.

Works as it should but for the cost you would think it would come with 5 new nuts as the originals are most likely rusted from moisture as I would imagine from a humidifier which emits moisture…. Steel hardware… just saying.

Supply House was the best! Helpful folks, best price and fast delivery. The motor has been working fine now for several weeks and was a direct OEM replacement. My only complaint would be the shorter mounting studs. Original equipment has a 1'4" cork pad positioned between the studs for cushion against the frame and when this is reused, the studs become shorter than stock and don't quite fill the nut when torqued correctly. Use a locking agant.

Bought this motor to replace the original which had become very noisy and sluggish in its operation. Checked online to see how the replacement was effected and then did it with a few simple tools in about 20 minutes. The replacement motor had two threaded studs sticking out of the back of the motor housing (not on the original) but they cleared the fan housing without a problem.

Very quiet motor, have to keep checking that the humidifier is actually running.

I purchased to replace my motor that is making a lot of noise.
