Relays are the weak point; expensive to operate

Poor design - uses relays instead of solid state power switching. Relays stick closed and temperature goes way over safety limit; there is no built in control for this. In the 5 years we have had it, we were told to buy an entire new circuit board relay failed. The main pump (Taco) also failed; now an element has burned out. The system uses a lot of electricity to heat our house! This could be because of poor insulation or routing of water tubing under floors. One section ( which heats two rooms ) no longer works, and I have not been able to get to the bottom of that. (The tubing is buried under a layer of spray foam insulation in the crawl space below the house..) The unit brays "100% Efficient" on its cover!
