Screw post broke

Great service, some part issues
Motor replacement for very old Armstrong AC unit. Motor was received quickly within quoted timeframe without having to use express shipping. Unfortunately the motor wires were completely severed when shipper packaged it. Also the motor had a 4 bolt pattern instead of 3 bolt, but after researching there does not appear to be a 3 bolt option anymore. Customer service provided Armstrong phone number so I could verify we had the right part number. Supply house offered to replace the damaged unit and I received it next day. I spoke with two different people on separate occasions and they were easily able to find my order and kept good notes in the file. Drilled extra holes to accommodate the 4 bolt pattern and unit is working well.
