In a heartbeat I would buy this again
Replaced a bad compressor in a top of the line, at the time, R-22 unit I had originally installed in 2005 for my customer. This compressor was a perfect replacement. Everything lined up perfectly as far as the tubing locations. Easy to put the existing suction and discharge tubes right into it, flow some nitrogen, and braze back up! It runs flawlessly my only minor concern is it is a little noisier then the original. I know this because there are 3 units at this house and the one next to it is whisper quiet when running.
The positive for me was my customer didn't have to see a different unit then the three same model year units. Plus R-22 in my opinion never should have been dropped especially after we had to buy and implement recovery machines!
