This item is a 6" BalancePro Manual Round Damper manufactured by Arzel Zoning.
Balances airflow in existing HVAC systems based on the load calculation and measurements performed at each register or diffuser. Fully adjustable. To install, apply included template to ductwork, cut access hole, insert, and twist damper to align. Fasten with sheet metal screws.

Nice shortcut for adding damper to existing duct
Installation is just as advertised, works fine. An inexpensive, time/effort saving solution!
(Mind where the attach screw holes will land relative to the triangular cutout.)

Super Easy
Installation of these dampers couldn't have been easier! Just put the included template sticker on the duct, poke a hole in the duct with a screwdriver or chisel, then cut the shape from the template using metal snips. No messing around with removing the duct! There are videos on YouTube showing how to do this.
Also, the dampers have a rubber ring, so they close up a duct better than the metal dampers.
The only tricky part for me was lining up the screw holes. Be careful of the hole locations adjacent to the long leg of the triangle and leave yourself enough room.
