Steer clear and go with Gobi
I am an HVAC contractor and I've had many problems with this pump. It is loud and unreliable. I would highly recommend you look at the Gobi pumps.

Quit working after 2 months
We purchased this for our install. However, it was about 6 or 8 months before we installed the unit. The pump quit after 2 months of use. After 2 days on the phone with the Mini split manufacturer, 2 different people troubleshooting, 2 different electricians, I gave up. I am throwing it away. The warranty was expired and no one would even talk about replacing it. Don't waste your money!

This product works
The pump installed within the housing of the evaporator unit. The wiring was straight-forward. The supporting material was useful and now we have no unsightly wires dangling around the unit as other 3rd party pumps require. Have yet to test this on hot & humid days, but I'm expecting years of great service.
