1/4" Automatic Shutoff High Pressure Pilot Gas Valve (325,000 BTU)

I ordered 2 valves, and received the correct valve in the first delivery, with a notification of back order for the second. I was then sent a different vent piece, not a valve, multiple times, before the correct item was then sent. I am glad this second valve was a backup and not a critical replacement.

I rarely leave a review on any site, unless I really have been impressed or let down. In the case of Supply House, I have been impressed. I purchased this product from a different vendor previously, and would continue to do so, but they were Closing early on a Friday, when I made my initial contact, and said they would look at the order on Monday to see if it's in stock. I contacted Supply House, was able to purchase the items, have them arrive on Monday morning, and installed Monday afternoon. The kicker is the instructions included, were a full set of install instructions, where the previous parts from the other vendor only included an exploded illustrated parts list, and I determined from these new instructions, that I had installed the previous identical parts, incorrectly, causing them to fail prematurely. Icing on the cake was the price, I was able to purchase, double the amount of items, and pay overnight shipping, for less that the quoted price, minus shipping cost, from the other vendor. Needless to say, I will be continuing my purchasing from Supply House for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your commitment to service in a faultering industry.
