Exact replacement CRP1520A Check Valve
This replacement assembly was a perfect fit and solved the problem. The problem being that the "duckbill" in the old check valve failed after 15 years, causing the Beckett condensation pump to cycle on/off frequently, like every 30-60 seconds. The failed duckbill allowed the uphill-pumped water to slowly flow back down into the tank, causing endless on/off pumping.

Exactly What I Needed
I the duckbill in my condensate pump failed, and rather than replace the whole pump I opted to just replace the check valve. This was the exact part I needed and it came quickly, which meant I could run my furnace without fear of it flooding my house.
