Perfect fit, easy installation
After years of screeching, the original power vent assembly bit the dust and needed replaced. This unit was a perfect fit for my MITW series 10 Bradford-White LP water heater.
It did require a little modification for my series but the included instructions were excellent. Step by step with diagrams and pictures and about 30 minutes of work with some basic tools and it was ready to install. Keep in mind this is a universal replacement so some modifications are expected. If you are confident with basic tasks, it will be no problem.
After installing, you will probably have to move the exhaust pipe but again, not a big deal and there are some parts included in this kit to help with the connection.
Kudos to the customer care person who answered my questions, on a Sunday, and made sure this part was what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and it was a SUNDAY! Hats off to her!

Not Exact But Works
It wasn't an exact replacement for the old fan assembly, so you have to make sure of the model you are replacing. The vent outlet was on the opposite side so I had to shorten my drop pipe.
