Great product and at a fair price with quick delivery.
This was an exact replacement for my indirect water heater that started to leak. I could not get one locally for 7-10 days but Supply House delivered it in 3 days-at a lower price. Very quick install. It took more time to drain the old tank than it took to install the new one.

avoid Bradford-White
I bought one of these and it failed within a month. I have not been able to get any help from the company. There is a long chain of people to deal with, from the main company, through regional representatives, through the dealer and lord knows what else. Maybe this is the problem. At any rate, if you can avoid buying ANY product from Bradford-White, I strongly recommend doing it.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIndirect water heaters do not have their own power source. They heat water by using hot water from a boiler. Boilers used with indirect water heaters, however, can be powered by a variety of fuel sources (gas, oil, electric, etc.).

Q: My plumber is calling for and Indirect water heater Specs Are: 234 Gallons of hot water for the first hour, and 189 gallons per hour thereafter as the continious rating. Will the 48 Gallon SKU: Sw-2-50R-L Meet or exceed these requirements? Thank you,

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis unit can provide 265 gallons of hot water for the first hour and 235 GPM thereafter. This assumes 135°F water and a boiler with a 157,000 BTU output rating.
