SupplyHouse carries the individual parts of the multiturn valve so repair is more cost effective. Shipping was fast and reasonably priced. Helped save a couple hundred dollars by not having to use a plumber to replace all 9 valves.

This is just the old fashioned faucet seat washer that we all know and love (or hate) in the correct size for a Brasscraft multi-turn straight or angle stop. They also worked in my Jameco stops. Replace this when turning the stop off does not completely stop the water. Unlike a sink faucet there is no screw holding the washer it just slips over the bottom of the stem. I've found a close enough fit in the hardware store bins but the R15-5 is the exact size. If the stem leaks at the handle and tightening the packing nut does not help you'll also need R15-78F "Bonnet Packing Washer".

Arrived must faster than expected!! If the valve seat is still good, replacing the bibb washer in BrassCraft valves is a simple 5-minute fix when they won't seal anymore. If you have many of these valves in a home(all the same age), a pack of these can be a good investment.

These washers are the soft press-on types that go on valve stems that do not have a removable screw to hold the washer. They're a little difficult to find if you don't have the correct model number which is R15-5.
