Installation & Operation Notes:
- Disconnect power before service.
- Remove grille and old motor plate, then reinstall the assembly per the unit's service instructions.
- Verify smooth, unobstructed blower wheel rotation before restoring power.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Replace if airflow is reduced, motor noise increases, or fan fails to start.
- Clean housing and duct connection when installing new assemblies to reduce noise and vibration.

Great Blower Fan & Motor
I use the Power Unit Assembly (Motor, Blower Wheel, & Motor Mounting Plate) in my bathroom fan - it works great snd this is the 2nd one I purchased for the 2nd bathroom - first one still running great.

Perfect fit, exactly what was needed.
Supply House is the best. Their descriptions are spot on in most instances. If you have doubts about fit or application, Supply House always includes the manufacturers part number, as well as their own. In that way, you can double check the Manufacturers website against the party # you have.

Chose to replace the worn parts on my bathroom exhaust fan, simply because it was easier & faster to replace the fan assembly and the cover plate. Perfect fit, exact match with the benefit of original quality. Took 3 minutes to fix and it sounds great & quiet! Way better than a new one and all of the time & hardships of doing a replacement.

Verified Reply- Hello Joe, For 769RL, this would be the correct Power Unit Assembly. It would be 4.95 for shipping, and there's no sales tax for California. For the 763RL though, on Broan's website, they list a parts list for a 763RLN, and it has 0503B000 for the Power Unit Assembly.
