In those homes that are, the air conditioners run less and don't have to work nearly as hard. And all BROAN Powered Attic Ventilators are as efficient as they are dependable.
- 1020 CFM for attics up to 1460 sq. ft (1020 CFM with BROAN model 433 Automatic Shutter available separately. 760 CFM with Standard HVI Wood Louver, not included.)
- 14” diameter steel blade specially designed for maximum air movement

Very good product to replace my old attic fan
I took the metal can off the fan assembly so I could install the fan and motor in housing from my old attic fan. On the fan, I just had to adjust position of fan blade on the shaft of the motor. I mounted the thermostat on the roof rafter. I like to deal with supplyhouse.com, products are packaged well, quick deliver and very reasonable prices.
