Description

The 3047 Series inline spring check valves ensure one-way
flow in plumbing or hydronic systems, preventing backflow or
backsiphonage. Designed for both residential and commercial
use, these low-lead valves offer easy installation and maintenance
through union connections and multiple end connection options. The 3047 Series is constructed from low-lead, dezincificationresistant brass, compliant with low-lead/lead-free regulations. It meets
NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for use in drinking water systems and NSF/ANSI/
CAN 372 for material content requirements. The valve also adheres
to IPC, IRC, UPC, and NPC standards for use in both U.S. and
Canadian plumbing systems, and is listed and certified by ICC-ES.

It seems to be decent quality and is working
The only issue I've had wasn't with the product or with Supply House, but with the UPS shipping.
If you need the part for an ongoing project, I'd consider paying more and getting local because of the consistent delays with UPS shipping.
I ordered these parts three times, hoping to get one in for this job. Even a next day air delivery wasn't. UPS claimed weather delays, but airports where part was and at destination had no weather issues reported. Local UPS distribution said that UPS will periodically not send a plane. They suspect that there weren't enough packages for a flight.
If restocking, I'd order from Supply House again.
Ordering for a job, I'd consider my options.
