Small issue. But great help
Heater works great using it in powder coat oven.
The small issue was i got wrong item frist time. I called them up and had problem fixed in few minutes right unit on way and return shipping label in email. So great company

Perfect Fit and Easy to Install
Exactly as advertised. The only problem I had was that the unit was shipped with a different gas valve than described in the installation instructions. I contacted SupplyHouse and they told me to call Carlin, which I did. The technical assistant picked up on the first ring!! (no waiting a half hour listening to bad music!!) and confirmed my wiring assumptions for the different gas valve. Excellent support!

Easy set up almost plug and play.
Installed many conversion burners in the '60s-'70s many years have passed since I used one but this one was like it claims EZ. The late 40's Crane Boiler I was working on wasn't listed in the hundreds of boilers listed. The option of combustion chamber size chart made it easy for me to pick the correct diffuser, airband, drill your orifice size, do your pressure and CO tests your good to go. Impressed with the easy setup instructions, burner performance is a nice clean burn with no impinging on the combustion chamber. When I'll need another conversion burner this will be the one.
