Bryant inducer
Doesn't have the old grommet mounting, quiet motor, and OEM style connector. Also, comes with replacement gasket.

Perfect fit for my Bryant 310JAV048070ADJA. Part was a little different (simpler) than the original, and you connect the wires a bit differently (new unit is 2 speeds, so have to connect an included adapter for single speed use), but instructions were easy to follow and fits perfectly.
During replacement, my biggest fear was the old screws would snap off removing the old unit. Thankfully the replacement also included new screws.

Fit like OEM
This unit worked perfectly in our furnace. Our old inducer motor went bad and it was just easier to replace the motor fan combination. It came with necessary gasket. I would not hesitate ti buy again.

Supply House verified this is the correct replacement.
I was searching SupplyHouse for a replacement Inducer motor assembly and found what I thought was the correct one. I used their Chat feature and explained what I had. The support person asked for the serial number of my furnace and found this Carrier unit is the exact replacement, not the generic one I had found. I'm so thankful she was able to help and verify it. It arrived the next day and is exactly what I needed.
