The product was correct but not complete
Received the kit for the heat exchanger but had to order two additional parts. It was noted that one was going to take an additional 10 days before it would arrive. That would not benefit my immediate need, so I ordered it from another supplier. One day later the Supply house notified me that the delayed part would be shipped and did arrive one day later. I ended up with a duplicate part for an additional $57.00.
