Motor damaged at MANUFACTURE and they knew it.
This is NOT a Supply House issue. Their service and prices were great. This is a manufacture problem. Plastic attachment that holds the fan to the mount was broken and not usable. They were aware of this at the manufacture as they zip tied a new attachment to the broken one for the end user to install. Sounds easy enough until you realize the INTERNAL motor cooling fan is pressed on and is not designed to be removed. I had to pry it off and almost ruined it. Once I got the new attachment piece on I had to reinstall the fan and weld it in place. Fortunately I have a welder and was able to get the motor running and the unit heating. Cost me an extra hour or so and a lot of frustration but the heat now works great.
