1 Pole Contactor (24V, 40 Amp), HN51JD024

Fast shipping, great product, saved me 800+ bucks by replacing the part myself.

The contactor was shipped quickly, it appeared to be of good quality and the same size as original, I had no problems replacing the item and at less than half the price I would purchase again. As to the quality I will have to see if it holds up but I have no reason to believe it won't.

I am very satisfied buying parts from the SupplyHouse. The people at SupplyHouse (Nicole and Eli) who I contacted, were extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. They assisted me with correct parts for my units. I bought two contactors for my two Carrier Infinity units. Only one was in stock, which I received it very fast, after 2 days. I ordered two contactors, "HN51JD024" which has covered contacts. However, for my model number, Carrier recommends "HN51KC024" part, which the contacts are NOT covered. But, the two parts are electrically compatible. The HN51JD024 has higher current rating than HN51KC024, which should be okay for my outdoor unit. I installed the HN51JD024, which I received, turned the power back on, and my outdoor unit works just fine with HN51JD024 contactor. The advantage of HN51JD024 contactor over the HN51KC024, is the covered contacts in HN51JD024. I live in Phx Arizona where there are a lot of bad dust storms during summers. So, I thought a covered-contacts contactor should be better for a dusty place like Phoenix. That was the reason I chose to go with HN51JD024 part. So, If you are in the market for contactors for a Carrier Infinity outdoor unit, don't shy away from HN51JD024 part with covered contacts. It works very well even if Carrier does NOT recommend it (NOT sure why). I absolutely recommend getting A/C parts from the SupplyHouse.com.
