So let me explain the three star rating. I took off a half star because SupplyHouse didn't provide an image of the cover, and another half because their search results didn't display the cover as a necessary part of the system. I had to call customer service to determine which part to order. I deducted another half star for concealed shipping damage. The center door had one of two latches broken during handling. If ComfortAire would ship the cover with the latches open and secure the door to the cover with tape it would fare better. To their credit, SupplyHouse sent an advance replacement the day I contacted them. The last half star is for the missing screws. You'll need to buy four M6-1.00x25mm pan head machine screws. They're not included with the cover or the ceiling cassette. Lastly, be prepared to reposition the foam gasket material to meet the cassette, whoever installed mine missed the mark by quite a bit, especially on the sections around the vent openings. Once installed, the covers work great. The air filter is easy to access for cleaning, and similar to the type on a window unit. The vent louvers are easy to position with the remote control, and they have an oscillating setting to help distribute air evenly throughout the conditioned space.
