This R410A unit is no longer manufactured as per the AIM Act of 2020. While replacement parts are available for repairs, a new unit will require replacing the entire system to support the new A2L R32 refrigerant.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi David! We do not have info on whether this unit is Energy Star-certified. The available specs we have for the SEER ratings are: SEER2 18.0, EER2 12.7, HSPF2 12.5, COP 3.41. These specs will be for non-ducted. Additional specs can be found for the item in the submittal sheet on our site.
