Great product
Perfect for our commercial rough-in(s) using modern practices and materials. Packing NEEDS to be better. This is a pressure tested valve that should not be susceptible to damage during shipping.

This valve is great! Saves so much time without having to solder and build the spout portion. Can't believe I've never seen a plumber use one of these. Highly recommend!

I have bought several and rarely have an issue.
Several times now the spout has come bent and with missing screws in the hardware that attaches to framing. Nothing I can't take care of but the bubble wrap doesn't cut it when the box is getting thrown around.
