DiversiTech IQP-120 ClearVue Condensation Pump Features:
- Variable Speed Pump - The variable lift in ClearVue assures the pump impeller spins only as fast as needed to lift the condensate water to the height needed. A slower spinning impeller means significantly less noise than conventional condensate pumps. Variable speed is a proven, quieting feature in furnace blower motors.
- Self Cleaning: One of the most common problems in condensate removal is the blockage of a drain line downstream from the condensate pump. By monitoring pumping conditions, ClearVue is able to detect when a drain line is partially/fully clogged. In these cases, ClearVue increases the pressure in the drain line to clear the clog.
- Floatless Sensor- The Floatless sensor eliminates many of the mechanical problems associated with conventional condensate pumps such as mechanical failure, debris fouling, and misalignment.

From a 20yr old pump to a new one!!!
Ordered this condensate pump to replace my 20yr old one to the AC that would trigger the safety switch and cut power to the ac. Customer service was great with helping figure out the power specs needed to replace the old one. Install was fairly easy. Instructions just needed better clarification on which wire was what. Love the features of the alarm and the status lights. I especially love the manual pump button. The clear tank is very helpful in viewing where the water level is at. However the water level never gets over barely half an inch and the pump pumps out the water. This pump is super quiet. Unless you are right in front of it you won't hear it. Delivery was next day, and on time. No damage to the box and received my delivered alert as soon as it was delivered. Other reviews were mixed so time will tell if it will last. My last one lasted 20 yrs. Hope this one las just as long!!

I've used this pump for years, it's very reliable
This pump works quietly and reliably. My old pump ran for more than 5 years until it was damaged by lightning.

Definitely would buy again, but it needs special grounding.
Very quiet and overall well made. BUT just be aware that it can have issues sensing consistently if it is plugged into a circuit with a lot of electrical noise on the ground circuit.
I could not figure out why it would work flawlessly and then just randomly overflow. The manufacturer wasn't much help in sorting out the issue, but as soon as I isolated the ground on the dehumidifier running on the same circuit I never had another issue with it.

Simple installation
I have used condensate pumps with my A/C unit since 1998. The original unit in my home was installed in 1971 and the drain was located higher. The units since 1998 require the assistance of a pump. I have replaced several pumps, but this is the first time I have installed it myself with the advice of an expert. I was pleased at the simplicity of the installation. Hopefully the unit will last longer than some I have had in the past.
