company refused to support me because I was just one person
I needed extenders. When I called both Quick-Sling and SupplyHouse.com, they told me they made the extenders, but then declined to supply them for me because the companies are wholesalers. Then why did SupplyHouse sell them to me in the first place? Anyway I am making the extenders myself.
Also the material for the roof itself is flimsy plastic that doesn't look like it can stand up to heavy snowfall. Its really a rainshield. They really should sell this as a rainshield.
