Design flaw
This gas shutoff valve has a hexagonal shank of no known metric, American, or British size. The hex is too narrow, and the handle itself too close to the hex, to be able to tighten a flare nut onto the shutoff, with an adjustable wrench. Caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware.
