Rn4EC-4 can create 4.75" of suction while moving 20 cfm, or moving from 200 to 310 cfm when operating at only 0.5" of suction.
Inherently efficient and operationally stable at full and reduced speeds, Rn 4EC-4 fan arms the radon professional with installation methods not previously practical. Integrated control system allows for "dialing in" the fan speed necessary to achieve either the required sub-slab depressurization or required system air flow rate.

Really Happy With It, and SupplyHouse Was Flawless
Built my own radon mitigation system. Didn't know. Was I going to need high flow? High suction? Moderate?
The RN4EC-4 allowed me to use 4" (Glad I did) in and out, and adjust the peformance as my home needed. What a success. Went from 8pCl to .9 (I use an Airthings Wave Plus), and I'm only running at 60% power.
Now in truth I didn't save a dime. But I was able to use really good quality components and have a perfectly dialed in install.
I've got a pretty good power rate (4.2c/kwh), but this costs me under $1.50 a month to run. I mean, what more can you ask? Perfect DIY unit, incredibly flexible to dial in, and cheap to own.
Meanwhile SupplyHouse made it easy. I've certainly got no complaints.

I gave a three because the price was better than many other suppliers. Unfortunately I was sent a completely wrong product intended for someone else. I had an installer setup and had to go locally to purchase the unit, which cost me retail pricing. I would recommend because the package was timely in being sent.

Best fan you can buy for radon control!
This fan is everything you need for radon control. With electronic speed control you can dial-in the suction and airflow that you need to achieve the lower radon levels most are shooting for. Very quiet even at the higher suction levels. Very happy with these purchase and supply house! They are great to work with as I have many times.

Turned it on and the radon level took a dive!
I sealed up the sump pump and connected 3" PVC across the basement, through the first floor, into the attic, and from there, outside. Turned it on and the radon level in the basement dropped from 16 pCi/L to 1 in a matter of hours. The unit appears solid and well made, which is important because a radon fan should run continuously for years.
The fan is surprisingly quiet. In the basement, there's no noise or vibration, so you can't even tell that the fan is running. Fortunately, the manometer confirms that it is.
No big deal, but it would be great if I could set the fan speed remotely with some visibility into how fast it's running.

Works like a champ
I have done several HVAC projects in the past but never a radon fan. This was easy to install and set up. I dialed this in to a speed of 7 to match the CFM my old unit was pulling. This fan is pulling much better suction than our old unit. I like that we can dial it in as our system doesn't require the full 555 CFM this fan is capable of. Our radon went up as high as 8 before I got around to installing this unit. In 24 hours we were well below 1!

The Supply House made the purchase of my RN Series 4EC-4 555 CFM, very easy. It is a direct replacement for my 20 year old radon fan that had a suction of .2 inch of water on manometer at replacement. This new fan is pulling .6 inch of water at it's top speed. Since the fan is a variable rpm (revolutions per minute) I can reduce the rpm if not needed to conserve electricity and lifetime wear after my next Radon Testing. We are pleased with this purchase and fan manufacture. Dan
