Exhaust vent replacement.
I purchased this product to replace the current identical item which needed to be replaced. I plan to modify the new vent to prevent the wasps from building nests in it and preventing the back-flow doors from opening.

Q: Does this product comes with an insect screen?

No it does not have an insect screen but it does seem to seal pretty well when closed, I combine this with a spring loaded backdraft damper so do not worry about the insects. if you wanted you could lay in a piece of screen inside the plastic housing inside of the existing grid.
