Not for outdoor units
I bought this as it was an OEM replacement for my Central Boiler outdoor wood boiler. It worked great for the first season but after sitting for the summer, it would not run. The fan had seized up. All attempts to free the fan up had failed and I had to toss it in the trash. Do not buy this unit unless it will be kept inside, out of the elements. The sleeve type bearings are the issue.
