Greetings, Since the replacement for the SWGII-4HD is sold as an assembly, my first thought would be no. But, if the original fan is attached to the drive shaft and held on by a screw, then I think it would work. The 4 refers to the diameter of the fan. BTW. The fan failures can be caused by high heat of the furnace exhaust. If your furnace is old or you may considering a replacement, look for a high-efficiency furnace. These newer units have a much lower exhaust temperature which will mean a longer life for the vent fans and motors. Good luck.
The dimensions of the SWG-4HD Blower Wheel are 2" X 4 1/4" with a 5/16" shaft. It is made out of stainless steel and rotates counterclockwise.
