I would buy this product again.
Product performs great in filtering the house's ductwork, and was priced reasonably. I will certainly consider buying from SuppyHouse in the future.

Tech support extraordinary
When our current system wouldn't light up, tech support walked with me through troubleshooting to finally conclude that the replacement bulb was fine but the old base was toast. The new system was received very quickly and we were back on line. Heroes!!

Perfect replacement
Supplehouse had confirmed which replacement bulb i needed for this purifier, turns out the unit was no good. Replaced the unit, works as expected and now i have an extra bulb for next years replacement. And was a quick ship too! Thanks!

Used for 2 years now
We bought this product in 2019 and had an issue where the unit failed in 2020. SupplyHouse was quick to replace the unit. We installed it and it works just as great as the first one! Their help was quick and efficient.

Good product, would purchase again
This was able to fit into a tight space where other units would not. Only problem was ballast interlock switch resulted in it not turning on after initially installed. Interlock mechanism on base was fully extended. Tried removing and reinserting still did not turn on. Checked bulb continuity and 24 VAC power with multi-meter and found OK. Manually depressed micro-switch in ballast (using plastic probe) with bulb removed, power then checked OK at socket. Powered down and reinstalled, unit and interlock then functioned properly.
