we use these all the time
We have a 277 volt light switch for the bathroom light but we need to turn on a 120 volt exhaust fan also. There's the answer. The inspector does not want a 2nd switch.

Useful pilot relay.
I was hoping I would get actual dry contacts with this because the description fails to clarify that and it does provide dry contacts. There is an actual little relay in the box so it worked perfectly to activate my system fan through the thermostat connection. The unit can be opened for inspection with two screws on the back panel. Wires are hefty and plenty long.
