I purchased a current sensor switch .

I installed a sump pump in a basin to drain water from sitting under our walkway and porch . The water would set in the clay soil and during winter , freeze and heave the concrete . Ultimately the concrete would break . The sump pump is in an enclosed basin buried outside in the lawn . I cannot see or hear the pump . The current sensor switch is installed on the electric line for the pump . The sensor switch is installed inside our garage . When the pump goes on , a light controlled by the sensor switch goes on to indicate the pump is operating . The current sensor switch works perfectly . Thank you Functional Devices for the quality of this product . I will recommend this company to as many people as I can .

Works as advertised

I used this to connect my range hood fan to the make up air damper and the HVAC fan. Whenever my range hood (professional) fan is put on, it drives the HVAC fan and activates the fresh air damper. The current sensor is very accurate & clip on features ensures that no modification is done to the range hood electronic controls which could have otherwise nullified the 4 year warranty. Excellent and perfect product and very simple to install.
