Exact part, exceptional service, but…..
This ECM motor is an exact OEM replacement. Shipped is incredibly fast and customer service is first rate. My problem was with the manufacture of my HVAC. Goodman. The motor was supposed to be programmed. It did not work when I installed it. No communication. I worked with Supply House customer service and they went above and beyond to try to help. I contacted the motor manufacturer tech support and they confirmed that the motor is programmed, but said they were unable to help me further as Goodman has proprietary information related to the programming. I tried calling Goodman but they weren't willing to talk to a "homeowner" about technical issues. In the end I had to use a local HVAC company to program the motor to work with my unit. I have since learned that I can buy a Goodman Data Loader from Supply House, download a Goodman App. And program the motor myself. This information is very guarded and even the Supply House customer service did not know this.
To summarize. Supply House customer service is exceptional! I will never order parts from anywhere else. Goodman and the HVAC industry is very guarded, they seem afraid of DIYers figuring out that HVAC systems are pretty basic.

Works as expected
I initially received the wrong part. I contacted customer service and they verified I the part I ordered was correct but the wrong part was delivered. She assured me the technical support would verify the correct part would be shipped and I received the correct part a few days later. The original part I received was well packaged, the second part however I appeared to have been just put in a box without any packing material and the shaft had worn a hole through the internal cardboard box. Fortunately the part was not damaged although the shaft appeared slightly warped. I installed the new motor and it worked fine. I appreciate the folks responding so quickly and efficiently to ensure I received the right motor but the part handling was sub part and could have resulted in more delay and costly inventory waste.

Fit my old Goodman
Part fit my 15+ year old Goodman furnace even though the part number has gone through a few revisions. The only issue I am having is a periodic B1 error which I simply turn off the power to the furnace, wait a few minutes, and turn the power back on. Seems to reset the error and will work for a few weeks until the error shows again.

great company ! prices are inline also my ECM motor came with a 1year warranty ! try to find that anywhere on line . Also site is made to find parts by brand and model number . and they show a breakdown diagram of your unit with a parts list . This is a Great help in finding all unit parts ! Also i called their contact support line with a question about my ECM motor and they answered it right !!! THANK YOU: P S i will use this company again. Wish they had Freon.

Be careful replacing DC Furnace motors
The furnace was 14 years old and called Supplyhouse.com about a replacement motor. They said they had the replacement motor and ordered it. I installed it and learned afterward the motor I received had an updated circuit board and would not work with the main circuit board and it would need to be replaced and reprogrammed. Goodman technical support told me that an updated main circuit board would also need to be replaced. Ordered the new circuit board and paid for next day shipping which should have been on Friday. Did not arrive until Monday. Living in Wisconsin and without heat for a week, I could not wait any longer. Sent everything back and lost $90 in shipping cost. The main circuit was not the updated circuit board. The representatives that I spoke with at Supply house were pleasant.
