worth replacing with
REPLACED OUR OLD R22 UNIT WITH A THIS ONE ON OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS UNIT SHOULD LAST 10 YEAR AND AT THAT TIME THETHE WHOLE SYSTEM WILL BE REPLACED. GOOD PRICE AND A GOOD PRODUCT.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffAn adequate refrigerant charge for a matching evaporator and 15 feet of line set is supplied with the condensing unit. However If line set exceeds 15 feet in length, refrigerant should be added at .6 ounces per foot of liquid line.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis is a 3-ton unit. It can remove 36,000 BTUs of heat from the air. The square footage it can cover depends on the heat gain of the space. It would probably work for somewhere around 2,000 square feet.
