Purchase end of 2015, has been inadequate at cooling
HVAC contractors look at it every year, do basic cleaning and freon check. It runs, and consumes electricity, but struggles to reduce house temps 10 degrees. A-coil clean and unable to drop below 53 F with no airflow.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt is if you need less than 24,000 BTU's to cool you house. Most homes will need somewhere around 20 BTU's per square for air conditioning, but there are a lot of variables that help determine the true figure.
