We have owned the KP350 for over 20 years. Great pump.
Back in 1999 our basement flooded during a rainstorm due to a low quality, undersized pump. I decided never again, so I bought an industrial pump. It is QUIET, and can pump down our sump well in about 10 seconds (I have video to prove it).
Last year we upgraded our system when I added a 24v battery-backed up inverter with custom transfer switch. I was concerned about the inverter handling the FLA of the KP350, so I bought a KP250 as a replacement. It is just a few seconds slower, so no problem. Still have the KP350, and after cleaning up the outside with vinegar it looks brand new.

Great pumps
Use for washwater recycle systems. Work great but do not handle debris well.
Price has gone up substantially in last 6 months.
