Quality product reasonable price
This is a durable quality built register at a very good price. Shipping was fast and the item arrived well package. Installation was obviously easy and no complications since measurements were true. The vent was purchased to replace a wooden more aesthetic register which overly restricted air flow. this register has larger vents and is adjustable. Overall I am satisfied.

My Hart and Cooley registers came a day late and arrived broken and bent. I had to jerry-rig the flaps so they would stay in position, and I had to hammer flat the edges. I just didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning and exchanging, so I had to just deal with it. Not impressed.

Bent and broken registers arrived

Color off but works excellently
The color is not nearly at dark as the photos shows. More of a golden tan than dark sandy brown. But definitely improved our room's air circulation! We ended up spray painting it black to match our floors

Great replacement floor diffuser
The replacement floor diffuser easily fit into the existing floor hole. Gave it four stars as it is difficult to turn the wheel to adjust the flow.
