Replaced old part on Amana furnace from 1983
Our Amana furnace was so old that the replacement part was no longer available. However found this part through Google.

Furnace switch saves the day
I'm an old man, and take care of a disabled wife, who can't get around anymore. When my furnace failed, the local furnace guy said he couldn't find the part because the furnace was too old. He invited me to have him replace it at about $2000.
My wife was nagging about being cold. I was able to find the vent switch part number, and found one on this website. They shipped quickly. Saved me more than money, it saved nagging.
