I have ordered three of the TS812 750mV honeywell thermostats over the years. the first one was for the living room thermostat location which worked well. When deciding to move the thermostat to the den area I bought the second thermostat and used a toggle switch to switch between the two rooms should the den location not work out. The den area did and does work well, how ever, I noticed one day while in the cellar that the furnace was not coming on once and staying on -- usually took several trys until finally staying on. So I ordered the third one and when I opened it for mounting I noticed that the off break contact was twisted. so tried to straighten it to no avail -- so, just put in a jumper and forgot about the off position. Figured it was sort of a bonus thing anyway -- All works fine now. Guess I sort of don't expect the best of quality from things build overseas!!! So in summary -- I can live with it -- particularly where finding a thermostat for my heating system is very limited these days. Take care and thanks for the promp shiping service -- Philip J.

great picture of Item, good description
I used this product to replace a bad unit on my gas heater, Millivolt units are not easy to come by and I wanted the best so I bought Honeywell.
I picked it out myself so What is not good about it???.
Thanks ever so much.....Nice to have a warm house
again...
