Worked for me and would buy it again
My building uses old technology line voltage. Unfortunately, the new type of digital and programmable thermostats will not work work in this building. This thermostat performs well.
One drawback is the calibration, you need to set the dial much lower than you would think. For example: if you wish the room temperature to be 72 degrees, you need to set the dial to 68 degrees, handlers will shut down when it reaches 72 degrees.

Horrible noise and connections in heat mode & thermostate in
This thermostat works to turn on and off the heater/cooler and to set an automatic on/off mode based on "temperature."
Beyond that, it's useless. Start with the basics: it has a coil-based thermometer for users to quickly glance at the room temp. This is highly inaccurate as it reads far hotter than the room. Secondly it does not match, in anyway, to the dial that actually turns the temp fan-coil disk which turns the device on/off.
Set the dial to 65, and the unconnected temp coil says 75?! And similar issues.
Add to that the NOISE in heat mode. This thermometer has a problem where it gets into this "I'm not on but I'm not off" state and BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ BUuuzzzzzzz. Buzz buZZ BBBBUUUUZZZZZZ
over and over. Lasts ten seconds one moment, one minute the next. During the day. During the night.
It affects sleep. I've replaced the unit and the replacement does it too.
Do not buy this device.

It's hard to come by
The thermostat I purchased is very old and probably not manufactured anymore. Supplyhouse had it on their website and they delivered it within 3 days. And their prices are much better than any other website I checked out.
