I would not buy this valve.
I'd suggest sticking with the Hoffman style of this valve - the Jacobus has a cheaper feel to it and the actuator arrived slightly bent and askew. I haven't put it into service yet, but wouldn't buy another Jacobus based solely on its shoddy construction.

I wouldn't buy this product again
I bought 6 of them and all of the were losing steam not closing properly. I thought is normal to lose steam but after one year the technician told me that they need to close completely. So I called Supply House and Briana told me that is nothing can be done after the 90 days . I even mentioned that i will like to give them back so they can see what can be the problem in stead for me to throw them away, but the answer was no.
