Good So Far
Unit was installed last week & working great. As another review noted, this is just one piece of a system you need including a branch box. Very efficient & quiet, but do the research or hire a professional.

Be advised...
There's no notice on this unit (other than in the title itself), that this is not compatible with new air handler units given the change in refrigerant. The air handlers have notices prior to purchase, this unit does NOT. Don't get caught out!

LGRED Heating
Unit worked great over the summer cooling , unit is working great this winter so far we had -1 the other night and it kept the house at a warm 73 with no trouble , when the unit is in heating the fans spin so fast you can hear the cabinet rattle , to a bit of adjusting to do fix

First time to write a review. Outside is 26F, it can't run continually at all! Shows Error "CH 29" after run a while.
How dare it say heat function can run as low as -13F!
